Youth Ministry Management System (YMMS)
The Youth Ministry Management System (YMMS) YMMS is the official online platform used by the North American Division Youth Ministries to manage club membership and staff, track reporting, manage staff compliance, maintain accurate records in one secure location, and track Pathfinder/Adventurer class progress.
Adventist Volunteer Screening
All volunteer leaders must complete an Adventist Screening Verification (ASV) background check through Sterling Volunteers. Each staff member must be listed as “Eligible” before beginning their term of service.
Every staff member age 18 and older is required to complete ASV.

ASV clearance is valid for three years.

All staff must complete both the required training and background screening before they are permitted to volunteer.
