About the event
The Adventurer Fun Day is designed with the purpose to motivate, encourage, learn, and help our children and leaders of our local churches enjoy God’s creation. Also, anyone interested in learning about the Adventurer Ministry and its divisions is welcome to come!
Who Is This For:
The Adventurer Fun Day is for all the children enrolled in the Adventurer Clubs of our local churches, ages 4-9.
Dates:
The Adventurer Fun Day will be this coming September 15th, 2024. The event will begin at 10:00am but you can arrive as early as 9:30am to Check-in, and it will finish at 3:00pm.
Location:
The site for our Adventurer Fun Day is North Aurora SDA Church (950 Mooseheart Rd, North Aurora, IL 60542) The church and school provide wonderful facilities, and different meeting places.
Registration:
The Adventurer Fun Day Registration will be done through Ultracamp. Log in through your club's account and proceed with your booking. All reservations must be made by September 8, 2024, by the end of the day and accounts paid in full by September 12, 2024. We do not take individual reservations, so please make all reservations as a club. Please contact us if you need help with this!
IMPORTANT - In order to have enough time to order supplies and patches for every Adventurer, we'll need all registrations in by September 10, 2024, by the end of the day. After that date, the fee will increase (as shown below) to help us expedite supplies for increased number of participants.
Cost:
The registration ranges from $2.00 to $20.00 USD depending on when and for what you register.
- Regular Registration until September 10th, 2024.
o $12 (activities & patch)
o $2 (every non-Adventurer attending the event)
o $5 (patch only)
- Late Registration until September 12th, 2024.
o $20 (activities & patch)
o $5 (every non-Adventurer attending the event)
o $7 (patch only)
Ask your church if they can assist you financially to pay the registration. Take advantage of the Regular Registration Fee before September 8th. After that date, the cost will go higher.

Description:
Here are more details of our upcoming “BIRDS” themed Adventurer Fun Day. After registration and our general session time, we’ll divide our day in 2 sections. The 1st section will include 3 rotations and then we’ll break for lunch. In the afternoon, our 2nd session will include 3 more rotations and a closing ceremony. Be sure to stick around to the end for some exciting prizes! We’re going to have a blast on this feathery adventure!

Food:
Lunch will be from 12:00-1:00 pm. Each family/club needs to make their own arrangements. There will also be food sold during the lunch hour.
General Information:
· In an effort to make sure this event is as safe as possible for all who attend, all attendees will be required to wear the designated wristbands given at check in.
· We also want to make sure that our classrooms don't get over crowded, so we ask that all strollers be kept in the hallways.
· In order to ensure that every Adventurer has the necessary supplies, we have to order material in advance; changes to your reservation after registration closes cannot be accommodated. Refunds will not be issued.
