I am glad you have stopped by our website. Who are we? The Illinois Conference is home to almost 14,000 members of the Seventh-day Adventist church, living in Chicagoland and the state of Illinois. We, the Conference, exist to serve the needs of more than 120 churches, companies, and mission groups, as well as 11 schools around our territory. Our desire is for every member to grow into a fully mature follower (disciple) of Jesus, and for all of us to share the Good News that Jesus loves each one of us, that each person matters to God, and that He invites each to be in relationship with Him.
We also look forward with confident expectation to the return of Jesus, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. We believe in Jesus' words found in the Gospel of John, chapter 14, verse 3, that He will come back to take us to be with Him forever. What wonderful news!
May God bless each one of you. And, please remember, that no matter where you are in your journey with God, He loves you, and invites you to walk with Him. May each one of us share this Good News with others, is my prayer, in Jesus name and for His sake.

When Jesus was crucified for the sins of the people of the world and arose from the dead on the third day, victory was won for everyone. More >>
